Which package best suits my business?
There is no 'one solution fits all' answer here. Over the course of talking with you and getting to know you, we can assist in deciding which package best suits you and your business.
How long does the process take?
After our initial consultation at your work site, the remaining time frame will vary on the new supplies which we order for you. Generally shipping from suppliers will take anywhere between one week to one month, depending on the individual supplier's location and distribution network. We will be working with you at mutually beneficial times over this period to ensure your supply chain is handled smoothly.
COVID response
During Covid times, our process may take longer. Due to snap lockdowns and constant unknowns, we cannot offer you a fixed timeframe. However we will stay in regular contact with you, and keep you updated on any delays or changes with our, or our suppliers, operations.
How do the services lines work?

We visit your worksite, give a free sustainability check to assess any areas in which we can help you and your business become more ustainable. Our team of experts will check which areas of your business can gain from a new product or process to enhance your sustainability goals. Once an area has been recognised, we will offer you a solution. We then work with you to put the new solution or process into place. We will do all the organising, booking, planning and ordering, giving you more time to focus on your business. Think of us as your freelance supply chain managers. After the first arrival of your new product or service, we will give you time to work with and get used to it. If you decide it's not working for you, we can find you an alternative that does. Once you're satisfied with your new products and services, we can assist you in deciding which of our packages work best for you.

What are the shipping times for the goods you order for us?
Product shipping times depend on the individual suppliers that we order from. We co-ordinate with all our suppliers and keep you updated on all stock orders.
Why should you choose us over a competitor?
Competitors only offer advice / set out roadmaps. We remove client’s pain points completely by advising on suitable solutions for their situation, sourcing the right / best ecofriendly products and services, and having them delivered directly to the client saving them time and money.

Are you bias on the suppliers you choose?
We do our best to fit you with the suppliers that best suit your business. We do have relationships with some suppliers, but no commission is taken. We don't know all products out there, if we find another that we feel will be a better fit for you, we can update you to a new supplier.
How do you choose your suppliers?
We spend a lot of time researching and evaluating the wide range of suppliers out in the world. We prefer to work with suppliers whose product or service is sustainably certified or accredited by their direct industry body. In some cases, there is no solution to make a product sustainable, simply due to it's physical make up, in these cases we will work directly with companies who offset their emissions or participate in some form of environmental or sustainable scheme. Our own ethical standards are very high, and we apply this when we're searching for new products and services to work with.
