We are very pleased to share with you that Terran Industries has been featured in the Climate Tech Industry Report Survey by Climate Salad!
They found that to date, there has been no survey of Australian and New Zealand climate tech companies, so they have worked to rectify that, and aimed to discover the breadth, depth, strengths, diversity, and opportunities of the industry.
Top findings from the report include:
Nearly 1,000 gigatonnes of CO2e removal or reduction ambition in total
171 companies have raised $1.4 billion to date, with $700 million coming from international investors
Triple win of climate tech: sustainability, innovation and jobs
Over 4,000 jobs have been created, with 2,000 more to be added in the next 12 months
39.7% of climate tech companies have a female founder
